  • Credit Report Signed Original Disclosures (Including 4506 and lock-in confirmation)
  • Borrower's signed authorization to request supporting documents. GFE or Closing Cost Summary
  • Fully Executed sales contract (if purchase) Submission Information (Lender Info)
  • Appraiser Name, Telephone and Fax Number Attorneys Name, Telephone and Fax Number
  • Warranty Deed (if Refinance) Current Mortgage Information including Loan Number and Phone Number.
  • Homeowners Insurance Info
  • 2 years W-2's*
  • 2 months Bank statements*
  • Income Tax Return Copies
  • Most Recent One Month Paystub

SELF-EMPLOYED OR COMMISSION BASED INCOME
